The head of the Continental Sambo Union was greeted by the officials of the sports and combat sambo federation of Kazakhstan. Astana city will host the Asian and Oceania SAMBO championship in June 5-11.
In this championship will compete seniors, juniors, youth and masters. For the first time, blind and visually impaired sambists also will fight for medals. On 1st day of the championship, there was organized classification seminar and medical testing for blind and visually impaired athletes.
